About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Project Manager to lead client implementation projects across the United States. Our client develops AI-powered solutions that help healthcare providers optimize patient access and modernize operational workflows.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare clients, leading end-to-end implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complete implementation cycles of healthcare technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery aligned to project scope, timelines, and client objectives
- Provide clear visibility into project status, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying process improvements, recommending solution designs, and maximizing value related to patient access and operational outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency
- Travel up to 20% as needed to support client implementations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI frameworks)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus
- Must be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas

Pay
Our client offers a salary range of $70,000–$95,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life and disability insurance, HSA with employer contributions, 401(k) with company match, unlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
