Director, Business Development – Corporate Division

We are representing a confidential global organization in the language services and technology sector, seeking an experienced Director of Business Development for their Corporate Division in Paris. Our client provides comprehensive language and business support services to organizations worldwide. As Director of Business Development, you'll play a critical role in identifying new client prospects, managing the complete sales cycle, and cultivating long-term strategic relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, tradeshows, and regional organizations
• Build and manage a productive sales pipeline through each phase of the sales process
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering elite service and demonstrating industry expertise
• Formulate and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Generate daily outreach efforts including direct mail, digital marketing, and cold calls to prospective clients
• Present solutions via one-on-one, group, online, and in-person meetings
• Set and manage client expectations while consulting on best practices
• Manage pricing and contractual negotiations
• Travel domestically and internationally for conferences and client meetings

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in a similar role
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in French
• Proven ability to communicate value propositions and competitive advantages
