French-Speaking Account Executive

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in their search for a French-Speaking Account Executive based in Paris. In this role, you will:

• Lead and achieve sales targets by winning new enterprise logos across France and Europe
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure, with typical cycles lasting approximately 3 months
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline generation engine to support company growth objectives
• Use data-driven approaches and CRM tools to track progress and forecast accurately
• Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including C-level executives, business units, and IT teams
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate value propositions to finance and treasury leaders
• Represent the organization at financial industry events and act as an ambassador within the community
• Collaborate closely with business development and cross-functional teams to solve client challenges

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven track record selling to C-level buyer personas including CFOs, heads of treasury, and VPs of finance
• Comfort driving negotiations and closing complex enterprise deals
• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach to documenting sales processes and playbooks
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and manage multiple stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles
• Understanding of best-in-class methodologies for pipeline building and opportunity qualification
• Team player mindset with experience collaborating across product and technical teams
• Fluency in both French and English (required)
• Accounting or financial knowledge is a significant plus that will accelerate onboarding and client conversations
