Stage – Assistant(e) Talent Acquisition Specialist (H/F)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fashion organization based in Paris for a 6-month Talent Acquisition Assistant internship starting January 2027. Our client operates in a dynamic, international growth environment and is seeking passionate talent to support their recruitment efforts across headquarters functions.

As part of the Talent & Human Resources team, you will help identify and recruit top talent while gaining exposure to multiple business functions within a human-centered organization.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across various headquarters positions, including direct sourcing approaches on LinkedIn
• Conduct initial candidate identification, outreach, and phone screenings independently after briefings with hiring managers
• Post job advertisements and manage CV screening processes
• Participate in in-person interviews alongside team members and track candidates through to hire
• Manage the July 2027 internship and apprenticeship recruitment campaign: gather requirements from managers, publish postings, and serve as the primary Talent point of contact
• Process spontaneous applications and conduct exploratory conversations with promising profiles
• Support cross-functional HR projects as needed, potentially including employer branding and school relations initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Current student seeking a gap-year or final-year internship (6 months)
• Ideally, previous recruitment experience or strong curiosity about talent acquisition
• Highly organized, rigorous, and an excellent communicator
• Particular interest in the fashion sector
• Fluent English skills for working in an international environment
• Autonomous working style with attention to detail
