(Senior) Concept Creative Social Media (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading creative agency in Hamburg, is seeking a talented concept creative to drive social-first campaigns and digital storytelling. Working through our talent team at Get A Job.ai, you will:

• Develop social-first campaign ideas, creative platforms, and innovative content concepts for diverse brands and audiences
• Create platform-native storytelling approaches and creative formats for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Craft culturally relevant communication ideas with deep understanding of communities, trends, and digital platform dynamics
• Refine creative concepts, presentations, and campaign approaches from ideation through execution
• Develop always-on content concepts, social series, and real-time communication strategies
• Support pitches, workshops, and the development of new communication and content approaches
• Identify creative opportunities and challenges, proactively developing strong and relevant solutions
• Monitor cultural, societal, and technological developments and translate them into actionable creative ideas

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital culture, and online communities
• Outstanding conceptual skills with focus on social-first communication and digital campaigns
• Proven ability to develop compelling creative ideas, storytelling approaches, and platform-native content formats
• Cross-channel thinking with understanding of interaction between social media, digital platforms, and integrated brand communication
• Experience developing social campaigns, content series, always-on communication, and real-time content
• Curiosity about new creative technologies; experience with generative AI workflows is a plus
• Fluency in both German and English required
• Senior-level candidates should bring proven leadership in concept development and campaign execution

Pay
