Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to take strategic and commercial ownership of complex social media programs. In this role, you will develop cross-platform strategies that align with business objectives and customer journeys, advise senior stakeholders on social-first approaches, and lead campaigns from concept through execution. You'll manage budgets, track KPIs, deliver performance reporting, and identify opportunities for innovation through emerging platforms and creative formats. As a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, you'll challenge briefs, set quality standards, and guide interdisciplinary projects with strategic direction.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in social media, ideally within an agency or creative environment
- Proven track record managing complex accounts with responsibility for performance metrics, budgets, and quality delivery
- Excellent strategic, conceptual, and analytical capabilities
- Deep understanding of social culture, platform ecosystems, and creative possibilities
- Strong commercial awareness and confident budget management skills
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and client advisory abilities in both German and English
- Ability to work on-site in Stuttgart
