About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential educational technology organization that specializes in AI transformation training for business professionals. We are building a talent pool of experienced practitioners who can teach, author content, and shape curriculum for programs focused on AI adoption in business workflows.

This is an ongoing talent pool recruitment — we continuously review applications and connect strong candidates with our client as relevant positions become available. All roles are remote and part-time (10–15 hours per week).

Responsibilities

Depending on your experience level and area of expertise, you may:

• Deliver live workshops and training sessions for business professionals learning to apply AI strategically
• Create educational content including lessons, assessments, practical exercises, and project-based learning materials
• Design actionable guides, prompts, and reference resources for non-technical audiences
• Define curriculum structure, learning objectives, and competency frameworks
• Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance
• Share insights on AI tools, workflows, and emerging trends across business functions
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve learning outcomes based on feedback
• Support ongoing program updates to reflect current market needs

Focus areas include: AI for sales, marketing, learning and development, smart work practices, organizational transformation, and related business functions.

Role types: Instructor (leading live sessions), Author (creating course materials), or Subject Matter Expert (shaping curriculum strategy).

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience implementing AI tools or contributing to digital transformation initiatives in business environments
• Hands-on experience with business-focused AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar platforms
• Practical understanding of AI use cases across business functions like sales, marketing, L&D, or operations
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly using practical examples for non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge-sharing ability through consulting, training, content creation, coaching, or facilitation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones
• Capacity to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience working with business leaders or C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, digital transformation, or organizational change initiatives
• Ability to evaluate real-world AI applications and distinguish high-ROI approaches from hype
• Experience creating competency maps, maturity frameworks, or curriculum structures
• Familiarity with AI governance, build-vs-buy decisions, and change management principles
• Background in business consulting, corporate training, professional coaching, or digital transformation
• Russian or Spanish language skills
