Senior Product Marketing Manager – London
We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS client in their search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in London. Our client operates in the customer support technology space and is redefining how AI-powered solutions work alongside human support teams.
This is a strategic role where you'll lead product marketing for an established help desk platform used by tens of thousands of businesses globally. You'll shape narratives around AI-first customer support, own messaging across the customer lifecycle, and work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the ideal customer profile and target audiences for core platform products, identifying customer pain points and competitive differentiators
- Own positioning and messaging that drives cross-functional alignment across website, sales materials, and customer communications
- Build and launch external narratives that reshape how buyers think about AI-enabled customer support platforms
- Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to communicate product roadmap and investment in ways that retain and expand existing accounts
- Create sales enablement materials that field teams actually use – decks, scripts, competitive intelligence, and objection handling frameworks
- Conduct customer research by engaging directly with support teams to understand evaluation and adoption patterns
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches and major capability releases
- Develop high-quality marketing assets including web copy, launch materials, positioning documents, and presentation decks
- Build reusable messaging frameworks and content systems that scale across the organization
What We're Looking For
Experience and background:
- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS with experience marketing complex technical products
- End-to-end ownership of a product area including positioning, launches, and field enablement
- Track record working in fast-paced environments where product velocity is high
- Experience with customer retention or expansion marketing is a strong advantage
Communication and strategic thinking:
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft sharp, precise narratives and positioning statements
- Strong editorial judgment and the ability to push back on vague messaging in favor of specific, differentiated claims
- Systems thinker who builds scalable messaging architectures, not just one-off assets
Product and technical engagement:
- Product-obsessed mindset – you read documentation, use the product extensively, and understand technical details before crafting messages
- Genuine curiosity about AI technology and how it's applied in business contexts
- Comfortable using AI tools in your own workflow to increase speed and quality of output
Execution and collaboration:
- Ability to take strategy all the way through to final assets and launch execution
- Strong independent judgment on high-stakes initiatives
- Collaborative approach with ability to build trust quickly across functions
- Bias toward action and momentum over consensus-building
Working style attributes our client values:
- Ambitious and competitive with high standards
- Confident and decisive, optimizing for progress
- Intellectually curious with continuous learning mindset
- Creative with strong instincts for what resonates emotionally
- Change-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity
