Staff Frontend Engineer

We are representing a confidential SaaS client seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to join their growing team across Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, or Ukraine. This role offers the opportunity to work on a modern, complex web application that serves users globally.

Our client values collaboration deeply. You'll partner closely with backend engineers, integration specialists, and QA professionals to deliver high-quality features. This is a senior role where you'll not only build but also architect solutions and mentor other engineers on the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver features using Angular 2+ in close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers
• Architect efficient, reusable front-end systems that scale with the product
• Manage your own project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with autonomy
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges
• Build and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Debug complex issues quickly and implement robust, long-term solutions
• Follow and contribute to established patterns for state management within the application
• Mentor teammates and help deepen the technical capabilities of the broader engineering team

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience working with JavaScript and modern frameworks
• Angular 2+ experience is required for this role
• Strong experience with Redux-style state management, specifically NgRx
• Proficiency with TypeScript and RxJs
• Solid HTML/CSS skills, including layout systems, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards
• Self-starter mentality with strong operational focus and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels
• Proven track record of mentoring engineers and elevating team technical standards
