About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software company in Hamburg that is seeking an apprentice (Ausbildung) to join their IT systems team. From day one, you will work hands-on with modern IT infrastructure, supporting both internal teams and external clients in a dynamic technical environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems within a modern Microsoft environment
- Provide technical support to users via phone and remote access tools
- Work with databases, mail servers, and enterprise applications
- Learn how software interfaces connect different systems and how data is securely transferred
- Support both cloud-based systems and on-premise servers
- Assist with software updates, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Gain exposure to mobile device management across smartphones and tablets used in field operations
- Participate in projects spanning consulting, installation, support, and maintenance
What We're Looking For
- Completed secondary school education (Schulabschluss), ideally with strong grades in mathematics and/or computer science
- Some initial experience with IT, networking, or operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented work style
- Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about technology
- Enthusiasm for working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Authorized to complete an Ausbildung program in Germany
