Customer Success – Australia Clients – Remote

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization with operations across the Asia-Pacific region. This remote Customer Success role focuses on supporting clients in the Australian market while working from the Philippines.

We're seeking an experienced renewals and customer success professional who can drive revenue retention, deliver exceptional client experiences, and collaborate across teams to resolve complex customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal rate targets across an established Australian client base
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction scores throughout the renewal lifecycle
• Conduct detailed investigations into customer interactions and work cross-functionally with accounting, operations, product, and data teams to drive resolution
• Drive cash collection through renewals, upsells, and upgrade opportunities
• Proactively identify revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage customer pipeline using CRM and reporting tools in a data-driven manner
• Prioritize ticket resolution and proactive outreach to consistently achieve monthly KPIs
• Partner with internal teams to improve renewal processes and end-to-end customer experience
• Share best practices with the wider Customer Success team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 8 years experience in renewals or Customer Success management roles
• Located in the Philippines
• Demonstrated track record of achieving renewal rate and cash collection targets in a B2B SaaS or services environment
• Experience managing a customer pipeline using CRM tools with strong hygiene, reporting, and forecasting practices
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with Australian-market clients

How We Work With You

• One-way video interview or screening call with the talent acquisition team
• Technical round with the hiring manager, including a live case study and roleplay exercise (approximately 60 minutes)
• Behavioral fit assessment with a member of the leadership team (approximately 45 minutes)
• Professional reference verification prior to final offer
