Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology organization seeking experienced developers to audit AI training tasks focused on developer workflows and tooling integration. This is a remote freelance engagement where you'll evaluate the technical accuracy and practical viability of tasks designed to train AI systems in modern development environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate developer workflow tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, and reproducibility
• Verify that tasks include reliable tests and clear evaluation criteria
• Identify and document IDE integration issues, AI-assisted coding inefficiencies, and logic errors
• Provide clear, actionable technical feedback to improve training task quality
• Rigorously test and troubleshoot complex technical scenarios within developer tooling contexts

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable professional experience with modern developer tooling and workflows
• Deep technical knowledge of AI coding assistants and their integration patterns
• Experience with telemetry, trace analysis, or developer workflow ecosystems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for evaluating complex technical content
• Ability to assess reproducibility and technical rigor in development scenarios
• Self-sufficient setup including a secure computer and high-speed internet connection

Note: Candidates will be matched to one specialty area based on their demonstrated expertise. Breadth across multiple technical domains is not required.

Pay
