About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Software Developer II to join their development team in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern AI-assisted development workflows while building your technical skills under the guidance of experienced senior developers.

Responsibilities
- Implement.NET solutions from defined high-level specifications using AI agents and modern development tools
- Maintain quality standards by verifying that AI-generated code meets functional and security requirements with a "Test First" approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and design to meet delivery objectives
- Help minimize technical debt through maintainable code and adherence to established best practices
- Stay current on technology trends and continuously refine skills in multi-LLM development workflows
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Approximately 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in.NET 6+, C#, SQL, and Git
- Experience with RESTful web services
- Familiarity with spec-driven development, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot
- Passionate learner eager to grow through mentorship and experimentation with new technologies
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
