About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research platform in Paris that is redefining how enterprise teams conduct consumer insights. Our client is building the founding go-to-market engine, and we need someone who can own the entire funnel—outbound, inbound, events, and the automation that ties it all together.

This is a hands-on, 360-degree role. You will build and run the growth motion yourself, creating pipeline for the sales team to close. If you're looking to manage rather than execute, this isn't the right fit. Our client needs someone who builds the machine from scratch and operates it at speed.

Responsibilities

• Outbound: Design and execute account-based outbound plays into enterprise targets. Build target lists, sequences, messaging, and tooling that generate qualified pipeline for named accounts.
• Inbound: Own demand generation including content strategy, SEO and GEO, website optimization, lead magnets, and nurture campaigns that convert readers into demos.
• Events and field marketing: Identify where buyers gather—conferences, roundtables, webinars—and run the presence and follow-up that turns conversations into pilots.
• GTM systems: Wire AI and automation through the full funnel. Build enrichment, sequencing, attribution, and experimentation frameworks that make the motion repeatable and scalable.
• Brand and narrative: Collaborate with leadership to shape how the product shows up in market, ensuring messaging resonates with skeptical, sophisticated buyers.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience building and running full-funnel growth motions, ideally in enterprise B2B environments
• Proven track record running account-based plays into long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Hands-on operator comfortable working without a playbook or pre-existing team
• Proficient with AI tools and automation to operate efficiently and experiment rapidly
• Data-driven approach: you scale based on what the funnel tells you, not intuition alone
• Fluent in both French and English
• Background in insights or research industries is a plus but not required

This role is ideal if: You want to build a growth engine from the ground up and own every channel. You're energized by taking a genuinely differentiated product to market. You prefer doing the work yourself across multiple channels rather than specializing in one.

This role is not a fit if: You specialize in a single channel and want to stay there. You need an established team and budget to perform. You view AI as an incremental feature rather than a fundamental shift.
