Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential consumer electronics organization in their search for a Freelance Customer Service Officer based in the Philippines. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position supporting customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels including email, live chat, and phone. You'll be the frontline voice helping customers navigate product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across email, live chat, and phone channels with accurate information and assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related customer issues efficiently
• Maintain timely and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate concerns and provide improvement feedback
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
• Perform data entry and customer records management

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience or related field background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and remain composed under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient with customer service software and support tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
• Social media moderation experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

This is a freelance position with a permanent work-from-home arrangement. Our client offers graveyard shift differential pay, holiday differential pay, performance-based incentives, annual bonuses, and paid leaves including annual, medical, and birthday leave. Salary reviews occur at 3 and 6 months based on performance.
