Talent Acquisition Lead – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to join their People team in Paris. Our client is at the forefront of enterprise AI solutions, partnering with organizations across finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector. This is a strategic leadership role combining hands-on recruiting with team development in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the hiring strategy while leading and developing a high-performing recruiting team
• Partner with technical and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent for critical positions
• Elevate the candidate experience to ensure it is engaging, transparent, and reflective of company culture
• Guide candidates through the recruitment journey, introducing them to the organization's mission and values
• Develop and share recruiting best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the team
• Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes
• Mentor and coach recruiters, fostering their growth and enabling them to excel in their roles
• Recommend and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and recruitment strategies
• Champion the employer brand, representing the organization externally to attract and retain top talent

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with a focus on competitive markets
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire recruiting teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing projects and people with discipline, precision, and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
• Skilled at driving alignment and collaboration across functions without direct authority
• Quick learner who can master new topics and pivot in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent in English with experience in international recruiting (EMEA focus)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby, Modernloop, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools
