Strategic Account Executive – Turkey

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential DevOps platform provider seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in Turkey. In this role, you will:

• Lead account management for strategic large prospects and customers in the Turkish market
• Provide direction throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process
• Conduct prospecting and develop opportunities within large/strategic accounts
• Ensure successful product rollout and adoption through strong account management and coordination with technical resources
• Generate qualified leads and develop new customer relationships in conjunction with strategic channel partners
• Prepare activity reports and sales forecasts
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and communicate lessons learned across the sales organization
• Work with product managers and technical teams to convey customer needs and requirements
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to address business challenges with formal proposals and presentations
• Develop comprehensive account plans based on customer business needs
• Collaborate with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
• Expand knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record selling into large organizations in Turkey
• Excellent account management capabilities with ability to work independently on complex projects
• Strong desire to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investments
• Established relationships and proven sales techniques for enterprise success
• Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Experience with software development tools, application lifecycle management, or Git is preferred
• Ability to leverage minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English
