We are representing a confidential AI software organization in their search for an experienced Account Executive to drive mid-market growth across the United States. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a fast-moving technology company that's building customer experience solutions in a high-growth environment.
This role is perfect for a hunter-mentality sales professional who thrives on prospecting, closing net-new deals, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signature.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation campaigns
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects from initial contact to closed deals
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to mid-market software companies
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular performance reports
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers including C-level executives and managers
- Navigate mid-market organizations and empower internal champions to help position solutions effectively
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive selling SaaS to mid-market software companies
- Hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing net-new deals
- Startup experience is a strong plus
- Experience in Customer Experience and/or Contact Center solutions is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, plus MS Office
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of hitting ambitious sales targets
- Relationship-first approach—you prioritize open dialogue and listen to meet customers where they are
- Resource management skills to bring in the right support at the right time to close deals
- Technical agility to quickly master product knowledge in a fast-moving market
