Transaction Services/Restructuring – Senior

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading independent financial and operational advisory firm seeking a Senior consultant for their Transaction Services and Restructuring practice in Lyon. In this role, you will be fully integrated into the Transaction Services team and will lead financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side mandates on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds across France and internationally.

Your analytical work will focus on understanding historical performance, cash generation, and the assumptions underlying business plans. You will tailor your analyses to meet the specific needs of clients, helping them make informed strategic decisions. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts in their professional development and contribute to firm-wide initiatives related to business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or equivalent university programme
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in transaction services, financial advisory, or related fields
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Working knowledge of a second foreign language is advantageous
• Availability and flexibility to meet the demands of transaction timelines
