This position sits at the intersection of operational execution and strategic workforce planning, overseeing verification processes and multi-site performance delivery for a global payments platform.

You will architect staffing models, lead operator teams across internal and external sites, and maintain business continuity frameworks that support billions of transactions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building high-performance cultures while optimizing capacity and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and directly manage a team of operations specialists, fostering consistent productivity and quality standards across multiple locations
• Design and implement performance monitoring frameworks that provide fair, transparent measurement of individual and team impact
• Develop and maintain sophisticated capacity planning models that forecast staffing needs based on merchant activity, product launches, and evolving verification methodologies
• Collaborate with client success functions to dynamically adjust resource allocation in response to demand fluctuations
• Synchronize production across internal and BPO partner sites, ensuring SLA adherence and cost-efficiency through rigorous performance governance
• Maintain master operational documentation including data access protocols, staffing workflows, and incident escalation procedures
• Organize and update Business Continuity Plans to ensure immediate response capability during major operational disruptions
• Oversee incident response frameworks, on-call rotations, and post-mortem reporting to drive continuous process improvement
• Manage real-time monitoring dashboards and advanced planning tools to maintain visibility into operational health
• Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automation solutions or workflow optimizations to streamline verification processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading operational teams in a high-volume, multi-site environment—preferably in fintech, payments, fraud operations, or similar domains
• Demonstrated ability to build and mentor teams while maintaining culture alignment across internal staff and external partners
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing capacity planning models and demand forecasting frameworks
• Track record of implementing performance measurement systems that balance fairness with operational accountability
• Experience managing BPO or vendor relationships with a focus on SLA compliance and cost optimization
• Expertise in business continuity planning and incident management, including post-mortem analysis and documentation
• Ability to translate operational insights into process improvements, training materials, and automation opportunities
• Proficiency with real-time dashboarding tools and workflow optimization techniques
• Fluency in English and French required for this Paris-based role
• Comfort with hybrid working models requiring regular in-office presence for team collaboration
