Program Manager, CRM (MS Dynamics) – Contract-to-hire

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential travel and hospitality organization seeking a Program Manager, CRM (MS Dynamics) for a contract-to-hire engagement. This remote role is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States or Canada, with a clear pathway to permanent employment within 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and has strong expertise coordinating enterprise platform initiatives, particularly around CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of program plans aligned to organizational goals and technology roadmaps
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, projects, and business functional areas
• Maintain roadmaps, delivery plans, and monitor program priorities against budget commitments
• Drive disciplined execution through standardized methodologies including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Prepare materials and facilitate program status meetings and stakeholder reviews
• Manage dependencies across project teams, vendors, and business areas
• Track program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; provide regular reporting on progress and ROI
• Proactively identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and impediments with established mitigation plans
• Build productive relationships with technology and business stakeholders across the organization
• Support change management strategies that promote adoption and business readiness
• Translate technical concepts into business language and business objectives into actionable delivery plans

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Project Management, or related delivery roles
• 2-3+ years managing cross-functional business and technology programs
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ServiceNow, Customer Experience, Customer Data, ERP, MDM (Master Data Management), or workflow automation solutions
• Demonstrated experience working with third parties and managed service providers
• Experience supporting governance processes, program reporting, and stakeholder engagements
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business functional delivery teams
• Authorization to work in the USA or Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• SAFe, PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
• Experience working within complex global organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Pay

This is a contract-to-hire position with a planned conversion to permanent employment within 12 months. During the contract phase, compensation is $52-$60 per hour. Upon conversion to full-time employment, the salary range is $90,000-$120,000 annually. Benefits during the permanent phase include travel perks and retirement contributions.

The role is fully remote, though occasional travel or in-office presence may be required.
