Regulatory Associate – AdPromo

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global life sciences organization seeking a Regulatory Associate - AdPromo based in Argentina. Our client operates at the intersection of pharmaceutical development and commercialization, supporting innovative healthcare solutions worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to build regulatory project management frameworks and oversee advertising and promotional materials compliance within a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and institutionalize regulatory project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to enhance advertising and promotional regulatory capability
• Provide oversight of regulatory projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines
• Coordinate and facilitate communication among regulatory affairs, project teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Track project progress, materials, and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues
• Lead and participate in regulatory project meetings, document minutes, update project portals, and communicate outcomes
• Perform administrative functions to support project teams and department operations
• Support additional regulatory project and portfolio initiatives as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Experience in regulatory affairs, particularly advertising and promotional materials review
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication abilities to facilitate alignment among diverse stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
