About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential EdTech organization seeking a Regional Sales Leader to build and mentor a high-performing remote sales team in Vietnam. This role offers the chance to shape commercial success in a star region, driving revenue growth and implementing scalable B2C sales processes from lead generation through conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a remote sales team focused on B2C customer acquisition
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion
- Provide strategic sales leadership and coaching to drive team performance
- Identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities
- Scale sales operations to support significant regional growth
- Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious sales targets in the Vietnam market
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2C sales leadership experience managing remote, distributed teams
- Hands-on B2C sales experience, preferably in online sales environments
- Excellent understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing specific to the Vietnam region
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-based decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools
- C1 level or higher in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Proven track record of scaling sales operations and driving growth
