About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential infrastructure client seeking a Scheduler to support critical project oversight and milestone tracking. This is a staff augmentation role focused on schedule review, analysis, and reporting—not directing contractor operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate contractor schedules and support client-side schedule reporting
  • Identify critical path changes, evaluate float consumption, and report schedule health to project leadership
  • Conduct periodic schedule risk analyses and report potential delays, critical path shifts, float erosion, and resource constraints
  • Propose mitigation strategies for schedule risks and emerging delays
  • Coordinate with contractors to obtain schedule updates and incorporate relevant information into reporting frameworks
  • Maintain milestone trackers covering site access dates, equipment delivery dates, approval deadlines, and client obligations
  • Notify project leadership in advance of approaching milestone dates and flag milestones at risk
  • Perform all services in a staff augmentation capacity without directing contractor sequencing, means, methods, or workforce

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience developing, reviewing, or analyzing complex construction schedules
  • Strong understanding of critical path, float, schedule risk, and milestone tracking
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting owner-side schedule review on EPC or construction management projects
  • Familiarity with schedule health metrics and forensic schedule concepts
  • Experience on large industrial or advanced manufacturing programs
