Commercial & Analytics Projects – Mid-level (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a rapidly expanding e-commerce client with operations across multiple European markets. This Commercial & Analytics Projects role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to shape growth strategy and commercial operations at scale.

In this position, you will:

• Lead high-impact commercial and analytical projects that drive business expansion and operational excellence
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across European markets
• Own projects end-to-end, from problem identification through solution implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France
• Build solutions using advanced analytical tools and leverage technology to solve complex business challenges
• Move quickly from analysis to action, testing hypotheses and iterating based on results
• Communicate complex analytical insights in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders at all levels

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Master's degree in Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting, private equity, investment banking, retail strategy, or commercial roles with hands-on deal experience
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and Python (or eagerness to learn)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with out-of-the-box thinking and a hands-on, nothing-is-impossible attitude
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of driving projects from conception to completion
