Chargé RH Senior (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Senior HR Officer to serve as the primary HR contact for warehouse teams in the Île-de-France region. Based at a distribution facility in Moissy-Cramayel, you will manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manager Support: Advise frontline managers and supervisors on daily team management, labor law compliance (working time regulations, internal policies), and help resolve conflicts or complex employee situations
• Individual Relations & Legal: Manage legal case files end-to-end including analysis, drafting correspondence, and conducting formal meetings in coordination with the HR Business Partner
• Employee Lifecycle: Coordinate onboarding programs, monitor probationary periods, conduct exit interviews, and serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day employee questions
• HR Administration: Draft employment contracts, amendments, and various correspondence while maintaining rigorous documentation in HR systems
• Metrics & Projects: Track key indicators for your scope (absenteeism, turnover) and participate in cross-functional HR initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in high-volume operational environments such as logistics, retail, or manufacturing
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level minimum for international team collaboration
• Valid French driver's license (Permis B) with regular access to a vehicle for travel between distribution sites across Île-de-France
• French nationality, EU citizenship, or valid French work authorization (employee status)
• Strong command of French labor law combined with exceptional rigor and attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: empathetic, excellent listener, maintains strict confidentiality, able to manage complex situations while asserting your recommendations
