Senior E-commerce Specialist – App Landing Page

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading online grocery platform in their search for a Senior E-commerce Specialist to own their app landing page strategy in Paris. This is a highly visible role where your editorial and commercial decisions will be seen by customers multiple times per order.

In this position, you will:

• Own the homepage experience: Make critical prioritization decisions on limited screen real estate, balancing immediate conversion needs with long-term brand perception and customer loyalty.
• Create and plan in-app campaigns: Conceptualize and schedule campaigns that integrate market dynamics, commercial priorities, and brand identity to drive customer engagement and sales—from product launches to seasonal operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution: Lead campaign deployment across multiple channels (app, email, push notifications, social) by coordinating Design, Copywriting, Marketing, Category Management, and Tech teams, often without direct reporting lines.
• Drive customer understanding: Conduct customer interviews and market research to ensure the app experience meets customer needs while achieving both short and long-term strategic objectives.
• Monitor commercial performance: Track key metrics including traffic, sales, and margin; run A/B tests to inform data-driven decisions while applying business judgment when data is inconclusive.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• 3-5 years of full-time experience managing a digital product, e-commerce platform, or in-app experience
• Background in fast-paced, hands-on environments such as startups, scale-ups, or organizations requiring high autonomy and accountability
• Proven track record leading creative campaigns involving multiple stakeholders (Design, Copy, Business, Tech, agencies) through to flawless execution
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative thinking; comfortable using Excel and making data-informed decisions
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Genuine passion for food and quality products; enthusiasm for showcasing authentic products, producers, and terroir
• Comfortable making decisions with immediate visible impact in dynamic operational environments
