- Proficient use of common CAM systems such as hyperMILL, Mastercam, Siemens NX, or equivalent platforms
- Experience in 5-axis milling, ideally including simultaneous 5-axis machining
- Practical background on high-quality CNC machines (e.g., Hermle, DMG Mori, or comparable equipment)
- Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances of ±0.01 mm or finer
- Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tool life, and workholding techniques
- Hands-on mentality: not only programming but also validating processes at the machine
- Routine in reading complex drawings, managing revision control, and maintaining documentation discipline
- Aerospace, defense, or other regulated precision-manufacturing experience is desirable
- Bonus qualifications include knowledge of Vericut, probing systems, pallet systems, or EN 9100/AS9100 standards
- German or English proficiency sufficient for clear technical communication in a production environment
