Senior Manager, Marketing – France/BeNeLux

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential collectibles company seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead growth initiatives across France and the BeNeLux region. In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and brand strategies for sport and entertainment collections tailored to French and Benelux markets, ensuring alignment with global direction while adapting to local consumer behaviour, culture, and retail landscape
• Manage fully integrated campaigns across PR, influencer marketing, digital and social media, co-marketing activities, sampling initiatives, and media partnerships
• Drive category growth by engaging fans, expanding the collector community, and recruiting new collectors through impactful marketing initiatives
• Lead the planning and strategic direction of local events, defining event objectives, talent involvement, and communication strategy
• Act as the main point of contact for all suppliers, agencies, and partners, owning and developing relationships to maximize brand visibility and marketing impact
• Manage budgets for all marketing activities and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in sport, entertainment, collectibles, consumer products, or culturally relevant brands
• Experience working in the French and Benelux markets
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Strong passion for and comprehensive knowledge of football and sports
• Self-confident, energetic, proactive, organized, highly detailed, and goal-oriented approach
• Strong influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a fast-paced team environment
• Proven ability to multitask, juggle multiple projects, and effectively determine priorities
• Experience working with an international, decentralized team
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented working style
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing flawlessly
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency is a plus

Preferred: Experience working for an international company and personal affinity with collectible sports and/or entertainment products.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be based on the client's budget of €74,580–€108,130 gross annually. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, internal equity, and location.
