Cybersecurity & AI Engineer Automation (F/H)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Cybersecurity & AI Engineer to join their security team in Paris. In this role, you will drive automation-first compliance and build next-generation governance frameworks at the intersection of security and AI.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and SOC 2 certification maintenance through automated GRC platforms and continuous compliance monitoring
• Automating evidence collection, control monitoring, and documentation workflows using Python, N8N, and AI-powered agents
• Helping manage and evolve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to reflect regulatory requirements and AI-driven operations
• Co-designing and evolving AI usage governance frameworks including acceptable use policies, data classification for AI inputs, shadow AI detection, and AI vendor risk assessment
• Maintaining a live inventory of AI tools across the organization and contributing to risk-based evaluation processes for new tools
• Monitoring the AI governance regulatory landscape and adapting the company's framework proactively
• Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to embed security and compliance requirements early in project lifecycles
• Participating in risk reviews across initiatives with specific attention to AI-related threat vectors including prompt injection, data leakage in LLMs, and access control for models

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Participation in ISO 27001 audits as a security contributor
• Proven experience in scripting and automation using Python, N8N, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards
• Fluent in French and conversational English

Technical skills and attributes:

• Strong technical profile with hands-on experience developing scripts and automating processes
• Proactive and autonomous with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Integrity and ethics as core values
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with web application and cloud (SaaS) security is a plus
• Experience in consulting or technology companies is advantageous

Tools you'll work with: Python, N8N, Drata, AWS, GCP, Google Workspace

Location: Paris or Bordeaux, France (4 days on-site per week). This is a permanent position (CDI).
