Senior Product Analyst (M/F/X)

We are representing a leading foodtech organization in Paris that is transforming how consumers approach meal preparation. Our client operates across multiple international markets and has established itself as a market leader in France since launching in 2019.

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product team in Paris. This is a high-impact role where you will serve as the analytical reference point for product decisions, working at the intersection of culinary, menu planning, and product development teams. You will directly shape strategic product decisions—from menu architecture to recipe optimization and assortment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Product business intelligence and reporting: Design and maintain recurring dashboards and reports on product topics (menu performance, recipe adoption, assortment rotation), define and track key KPIs, and present regular summaries to support management decision-making
• Ad hoc and exploratory analysis: Conduct analyses that directly inform product decisions—menu architecture, recipe optimization, assortment strategy—and proactively identify high-impact opportunities
• Development and maintenance of analytical tools: Build and maintain internal analytical tools (scripts, dashboards, automations) to support workflows for culinary, menu planning, and product development teams
• Data analysis: Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets to support product decisions while ensuring data quality and consistency
• Customer analytics focused on product performance: Analyze customer behavior and preferences through the lens of product performance (satisfaction, repurchase, retention based on menu or recipe choices) to inform assortment decisions
• Strategic project leadership: Take analytical and operational lead on strategic projects aimed at improving core product offerings
• International collaboration: Work with global product analytics teams on high-impact projects contributing to value creation across multiple markets

What We're Looking For

• Degree from a top engineering school, business school, or university program in data/statistics
• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or foodtech environments
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred) and excellent command of Google Sheets
• Experience using AI/ML tools for exploratory analysis (e.g., anomaly detection) and leveraging LLMs as productivity accelerators for analytical work
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Highly organized, rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize across multiple topics while giving each the necessary attention
• Proactive mindset: you identify the right questions as much as you answer them
• Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken
