About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential web data technology company seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their Application team in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our client empowers businesses with streamlined access to web data solutions, and they need an experienced engineer who can deliver high-performance applications across the entire stack. You'll work on core product features, internal administration systems, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to create pixel-perfect user experiences while maintaining secure, scalable back-end architecture.
Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and maintain full-stack features ensuring polished, high-performance user experiences
- Develop and optimize the main application and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing systems
- Implement high-fidelity UI/UX with pixel-perfect execution of product designs
- Translate design specifications from Figma into seamless production code
- Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure smooth integration, code quality, and deployment
- Design and maintain secure, sensitive back-end logic and infrastructure
- Maintain and update the company's WordPress-based marketing website
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development cycles while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of development experience, with at least 5-6 years in full-stack roles demonstrating strong frontend and backend capabilities
- Deep, significant experience with React
- Significant hands-on experience with either Python or Java, capable of handling complex architecture
- Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
- Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect UI with sharp attention to detail and extensive Figma experience
- Excellent collaboration skills with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders
- Growth mindset with ability to adapt quickly and leverage AI-powered tools for productivity
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience with both Python and Java
- Hands-on Next.js experience
- WordPress maintenance and customization experience
Work arrangement: Fully remote, fixed schedule Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Asia/Jerusalem (GMT+3)
