About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential hospitality technology client in their search for a National Sales Manager. Our client operates tech-enabled accommodations across the United States, combining automation and data-driven operations with high-quality guest experiences. This is a remote opportunity reporting to senior sales leadership.
As National Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by building strategic client relationships and scaling a national accounts program. You'll work closely with revenue management, reservations, and operations teams in a fast-paced environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a national sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth across multiple markets
- Lead the corporate travel annual RFP process
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals with enterprise clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel managers, meeting planners, and strategic partners
- Pursue strategic partnerships with large corporations to secure high-volume business
- Develop sales processes, tools, and KPIs to scale efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to align go-to-market initiatives
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and positioning
- Prepare sales forecasts and insights for leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company
- Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong, well-established network of industry contacts to drive business growth and partnerships
- Comfortable balancing strategy with direct selling and prospecting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution
- Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals
