About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a Clinical Educator - RN to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical education programs within a specialized medical field while working with a nationally distributed team of healthcare professionals.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with 3-4 weekends per year required. Up to 20% travel to client office locations.
Location: Remote within the United States
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive orientation programs incorporating current policies, procedures, and clinical knowledge for specialized healthcare staff
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure onboarding programs effectively support new clinical team members
- Provide basic and advanced clinical education to employees across multiple departments
- Create and update clinical competencies for orientation, training, and education, including documentation of achievement and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate orientation for new clinical staff and provide continuous education and support throughout their introductory period and beyond
- Plan, prepare, and maintain educational materials ensuring accuracy and relevance for target audiences
- Identify and evaluate instructional materials across various media and formats
- Teach clinical content within your area of expertise to facilitate orientation, staff development, and safe practices
- Develop ongoing continuing education offerings for clinical staff and participate in organizational training programs
- Document all training and education activities
- Travel to office locations as needed to orient, train, educate, mentor, and evaluate staff
- Partner with office leadership to train staff on new policies and procedures
- Work with clinical applications teams to train staff on electronic medical record systems
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programming and implement improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license; compact state license without limitations required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in women's health care
- Minimum 3 years of reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) nurse coordinator experience
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to travel to assigned locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management
- Completion of ASRM REI Nurse Certificate Course (or willingness to complete within first year)

- Expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, and healthcare technology
