NetSuite Functional Consultant – PH

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant based in the Philippines. This is a remote position requiring work during US Pacific timezone hours. We are looking for an experienced professional who can bridge business requirements and technical NetSuite implementation for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle including requirements analysis, system design, configuration, installation, data conversion, user training, and ongoing support
• Configure NetSuite systems according to customer specifications and business processes
• Develop test scripts and manage testing phases to ensure quality deliverables
• Facilitate data conversions and migrations for client organizations
• Recommend process improvements and new capabilities to enhance client operations
• Coordinate closely with sales and support teams to ensure successful project completion
• Create regular status reports and maintain transparent communication with clients
• Lead projects directly with clients, organizing business process analysis sessions
• Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application designs, and deployment plans
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed
• Contribute to the development of templates, processes, and procedures for implementation excellence
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience analyzing business processes and mapping them to NetSuite functionality, particularly Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles
• 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience
• BS/MS degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
• Proven consulting experience, particularly within Software, Services, Manufacturing, or Distribution industries
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions, including installation, integration, and training delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for diverse audiences
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and personable working style
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A fully functional, up-to-date computer for remote work
• Willingness to install endpoint protection software as required
• Current residence in the Philippines with authorization to work there
• Availability to work US Pacific timezone hours (8am–5pm PST / 12am–9am Manila time) or during client hours as needed
• Willingness to complete a 90-day probationary period
• Openness to a short-term project-based, part-time contract opportunity

Preferred: NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certification
