IT Program Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial technology organization with a global manufacturing footprint. Our client is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and strengthen their IT Project Management Office in Lithuania. This role will establish consistent project management practices, oversee critical enterprise initiatives, and ensure IT programs are delivered with quality, accountability, and operational discipline.

As the IT Program Manager, you will build and maintain PMO governance frameworks, lead a team of project managers, and serve as a key liaison between project teams and business leadership. You will be responsible for establishing methodologies, managing capacity planning, supporting M&A integration activities, and driving continuous improvement across IT project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project and program management methodologies and standards across the IT organization
• Promote adherence to PMO processes, tools, frameworks, and governance practices to support consistent execution
• Continuously enhance PMO tools, templates, and methodologies based on lessons learned and evolving business needs
• Lead the IT capacity-planning process and methodology
• Ensure software development life cycle practices are effectively incorporated into the overall PMO methodology
• Develop and maintain IT merger and acquisition workplans, covering due diligence, integration planning, and execution
• Lead critical projects from initiation through implementation, managing schedules, budgets, and delivery status
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate alignment between stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop project management professionals on your team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or university degree
• 7+ years of project and program management experience
• 3+ years of people-management experience with responsibility for direct reports
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior-level team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects, priorities, schedules, and budgets
• Experience working in a global manufacturing organization is preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €65,000 - €75,000 gross annual, depending on experience and competencies.
