About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the execution, measurement, and continuous optimization of digital campaigns and demand generation programs. This is a hands-on, remote role based in the United States.

You'll build landing pages, run multi-channel and account-based campaigns, manage email and nurture programs, and maintain marketing automation infrastructure — while coordinating across teams to drive predictable qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Landing Pages & Campaign Assets: Build and launch landing pages using marketing automation tools for campaigns, events, and content offers with strong attention to conversion optimization
  • Demand Generation & Multi-Channel Campaigns: Own marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline, measuring performance against monthly targets and adjusting campaigns, channels, spend, and messaging accordingly
  • Funnel Management: Build and maintain clear funnel visibility from target account engagement through qualified opportunity, partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify and fix conversion breakdowns
  • Campaign Execution: Design and run always-on and campaign-specific programs across paid social, paid search, webinars, events, and partnerships aligned to ICP and pipeline targets
  • Testing & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and messaging; document results and share learnings with the marketing team
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Own account-based campaigns for priority target accounts, building personalized landing pages, email sequences, and ad audiences for named accounts
  • Sales Coordination: Partner with Sales on account-level engagement, flagging target-account activity and supporting account-specific requests
  • Email & Nurture Campaigns: Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences using segmentation and intent signals to improve conversion
  • Marketing Automation Management: Own day-to-day management of the marketing automation platform including workflows, lists, forms, and basic reporting
  • Campaign Coordination: Own the campaign calendar, planning and prioritizing with leadership and broader marketing team
  • AI & Automation: Partner with internal teams to automate repeatable marketing workflows and increase pipeline generation efficiency
  • Performance Tracking: Track campaign and channel performance, maintain proper attribution tagging, and report on what's working

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations with hands-on paid campaign experience
  • Working experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing platforms (Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) — building emails, workflows, and landing pages
  • Solid understanding of email and nurture campaign strategy including segmentation, sequencing, and timing
  • Hands-on exposure to paid social or paid search campaign execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and genuine interest in using them to increase campaign velocity and effectiveness
  • Ability to use AI for market research, segmentation, personalized messaging, creative variation, campaign QA, and performance analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Clear written communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Prior exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns or tools (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus)
  • Experience supporting webinars or events as a demand gen channel
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page or email troubleshooting
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) alongside marketing automation
  • Exposure to SEO or content marketing
  • Design tool familiarity (Canva, Figma) for lightweight asset creation

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
