Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social media advertising organization seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Partner with sales leadership to identify and implement marketing solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise advertisers
• Build and manage strategic relationships with major clients and agency partners
• Develop custom analyses, craft compelling narratives, and present data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders
• Design and execute experimentation initiatives, tracking performance and deriving actionable insights
• Serve as a trusted advisor on digital advertising products, solutions, and measurement best practices
• Drive proactive media strategy, campaign implementation, and optimization to maximize client performance and investment
• Manage account operations including troubleshooting, setup, and issue resolution
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to manage complex workstreams and deliverables
• Travel as business needs require

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a strategic thinker with deep digital advertising expertise and strong analytical capabilities:

• 5+ years of experience in online advertising or digital media
• Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data for analysis
• Expertise analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven track record developing insight-backed hypotheses and learning plans that build compelling business cases
• Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Experience with data querying tools such as SQL
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact through efficiency gains and quality improvements
• Ongoing AI skill development including prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration
• Experience implementing responsible AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as R, SAS, or SPSS
• Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to influence feature development
• Familiarity with major social media advertising platforms and measurement solutions
• Experience with business case modeling and market opportunity sizing
• Strong collaboration skills working with diverse cross-functional teams
