Senior Treasury Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization experiencing exceptional growth across Europe. Our client requires a Senior Treasury Manager to take ownership of liquidity planning, cashflow management, and financing operations in a high-velocity environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead liquidity planning and cashflow management, developing rolling forecasts for short-, medium-, and long-term financial requirements
• Manage working capital optimization in collaboration with accounting, controlling, sourcing, and operations teams to optimize payment terms, inventory levels, and capital allocation
• Own relationships with banking partners, financing institutions, and payment service providers while evolving existing financing structures
• Analyze financial risks and implement professional management frameworks for currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks
• Advance treasury processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to maximize transparency across cash positions and financing needs
• Support executive leadership and finance teams with financing decisions, investment analysis, and strategic scenario planning

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or working capital management
• Strong understanding of liquidity planning, cashflow dynamics, financing mechanisms, and financial risk management
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or high-growth company environments is highly valued
• Proficiency with Excel and treasury, ERP, or banking systems
• Proven track record collaborating with banks and financing partners
• Analytical, forward-thinking, and precise working style with ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
