Registered Nurse (PRN) – Bilingual (Spanish – English)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Registered Nurse for a PRN telehealth role. This remote position focuses on conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through virtual platforms, supporting preventive care and patient education for Medicare populations across the United States.

Candidates must be located in Georgia and hold an active, unrestricted RN license in that state. This is a PRN arrangement with approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth in accordance with CMS guidelines, completing all required assessments and screenings
• Review and update patient medical histories virtually, including medication lists, immunization records, and family history
• Assess current health status including vital signs (when available), cognitive function, and chronic disease risk factors using remote monitoring tools
• Provide patient education on preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and community resources through virtual consultations
• Develop and update personalized prevention plans based on individual patient needs and physician guidance
• Collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on identified health concerns using EHR systems
• Identify HCC codes requiring recapture reporting to CMS
• Maintain comprehensive patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards in a remote environment
• Facilitate virtual referrals to appropriate healthcare services and specialists as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adherence to prevention plans through telehealth follow-ups
• Stay current on Medicare guidelines, telehealth best practices, and chronic disease management strategies
• Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education

What We're Looking For

• Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Must be located in Georgia
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• Availability for PRN work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, approximately 20 hours per week
• Minimum 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care, preventive care, or telehealth settings
• Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, telehealth practices, and preventive care strategies preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to educate and engage patients effectively in virtual environments
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, telehealth technology, and remote medical documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls (minimum 100 mbps download, 10 mbps upload)
