Wir vertreten einen sozialen Träger im Raum Köln, der Menschen in ihrer persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklung unterstützt. Unser Mandant sucht ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Fuhrparkmanagement.
Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im operativen Fuhrparkmanagement zu sammeln – ideal für Studierende, die theoretisches Wissen mit der Praxis verbinden möchten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie bei der Monatssteuer
- Erfassung und Prüfung von Geschäftsvorgängen
- Mithilfe bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Planung und Durchführung von Inspektionen, Reparaturen und gesetzlichen Prüfungen (z. B. TÜV, AU)
- Verwaltung von Schadensfällen und Unfällen im Fuhrpark
- Überwachung und Optimierung von Betriebskosten (Kraftstoff, Wartung, Leasing)
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Dokumentation und Archivierung aller relevanten Unterlagen
