The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face that makes every customer visit smooth and satisfying. Working full-time at our Durham store, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing checkout operations, stocking merchandise, and maintaining our store to the highest standards. What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the checkout counter and throughout the store
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
• Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain product displays
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift
• Assist customers with inquiries about products and promotions
• Follow Circlek policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant work environment
• Support additional store operations as needed to ensure excellent service

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to provide friendly, attentive customer service in all interactions
• Reliable and punctual with a willingness to work flexible retail hours
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the store
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within Circlek
