Senior Technical Program Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility planning programs and operational excellence initiatives. This remote-first role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and engineering execution, driving complex transformations that scale technology operations across the business.

Our client is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced program leader who can design planning engines, architect operational frameworks, and elevate cross-functional collaboration as their product portfolio grows in complexity.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary transformation and operational programs that deliver measurable business impact
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions
• Implement lean processes and build a culture of continuous iteration and improvement, asking questions that clarify priorities and push teams toward effectiveness
• Establish data-driven operational frameworks to track portfolio performance against objectives, accelerate value realization, and influence investment decisions
• Develop communication strategies ensuring critical information flows seamlessly across distributed teams
• Partner with engineering, product, analytics, and design teams to plan change requirements, identify risks, and manage dependencies
• Experiment with new approaches to address systemic inefficiencies and promote transparency, visibility, alignment, and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years managing programs, processes, and change management in technology-focused environments
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of software development processes
• Organized, strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented mindset balanced with ability to make smart tradeoff decisions
• Proven stakeholder management experience across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other functions
• Track record of successfully implementing frameworks at scale in remote-friendly cultures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a strong plus
