Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential nonprofit organization in Berlin that provides integration support services. Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to actively shape personnel processes alongside the Head of HR. In this role, you will:

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters
• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting through hiring
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other HR documentation
• Handle employment law matters and individual personnel actions
• Contribute to talent development and organizational projects
• Optimize and digitalize HR processes and systems
• Support the rollout of new locations and initiatives
• Actively participate in strategic HR planning and implementation

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree with focus on HR, business, social sciences, law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Strong knowledge of German employment law
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Enthusiasm for taking ownership and driving initiatives forward
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and HR systems
• Interest in a varied, dynamic work environment
• German language proficiency required for this role
