Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential media agency in Düsseldorf seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their Client Service Media team. In this role, you will work with large datasets to optimize campaign performance across three business divisions.
- Analytics and Reporting: Support the creation of meaningful analyses and reports that serve as critical decision-making tools for client stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly campaign evaluations to measure success metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Data Management: Accurately capture, maintain, and update media data in internal systems and proprietary tools, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Recurring Reporting Tasks: Take ownership of predefined reporting responsibilities that require careful and continuous processing to maintain current data.
- Operational Support: Contribute to the client team's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth project execution and workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Academic Background: Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Media, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excel Proficiency: Very strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/SVERWEIS functions.
- Analytical Mindset: Genuine enthusiasm for working with large datasets and strong analytical comprehension.
- Attention to Detail: Structured, meticulous, and independent working style with particular emphasis on data accuracy.
- Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively in an engaged team environment and actively supporting daily operations.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken, for communication in an international context.
