About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization that builds performance marketing solutions at scale. Our client is expanding their Product team and needs a Product Manager to own critical internal systems that power their media buying operations.
This is a hands-on builder role focused on automation platforms, workflow tooling, and internal products that directly impact campaign performance and team efficiency. You'll work with short feedback loops, colleague-users, and measurable outcomes in cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and operational capacity.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own end-to-end product development for the media buyer automation platform, including discovery, prioritization, specifications, delivery, adoption, and iteration. Expand scope to additional internal products as the portfolio grows.
- User Needs & Automation: Partner closely with media buyers to understand workflows and translate operational needs into reliable automation for budget pacing, anomaly alerts, spend controls, bulk actions, and approval flows. Identify manual processes consuming team capacity and evaluate automation opportunities.
- Product Development & Delivery: Write clear specifications including edge cases, failure modes, rollback behavior, and completion criteria. Build lightweight prototypes and automations to accelerate alignment and address workflow needs.
- Adoption & Measurement: Drive product adoption through onboarding, enablement, documentation, and continuous feedback. Define and track meaningful product metrics while partnering with data teams on event taxonomy and measurement frameworks.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Run experiments and staged rollouts to validate changes, especially for functionality affecting advertising spend. Continuously iterate based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business needs.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 4+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years owning data-heavy or workflow-heavy products end-to-end
- Proven track record building internal or B2B tools with high adoption rates
- Strong skills in KPI design, event taxonomy, dashboarding, and data-driven decision making
- Active use of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, n8n, custom scripts) to build prototypes and automate workflows—examples will be requested
- Practical understanding of LLM limitations, probabilistic feature evaluation, and fallback logic
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Track record of shipping small, frequent releases rather than large updates
- Excellent written and verbal English with ability to create clear specifications and transparent status updates
- Experience collaborating across global time zones
Preferred:
- Experience with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), rules engines, budget pacing, or creative testing workflows
- Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree, or experience managing complex SaaS products with multi-platform API integrations
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks, feature flagging, or staged rollout systems for spend-affecting logic
