About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential sustainability-focused organization in München seeking a working student for Key Account Management (15–20 hours per week). This role offers meaningful client contact and hands-on experience in a fast-growing reusable packaging system.
You'll support the Key Account Management team with partner onboarding, relationship management, and roll-out implementation while studying toward your degree.
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks in the Key Account onboarding process
- Communicate with potential and existing partners about system processes and workflows
- Maintain data independently in Hubspot CRM—managing your pipeline, activities, and targets
- Support daily operations for major existing partners
- Assist in optimizing and automating existing processes
- Conduct research and data maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Sales, or a comparable program with at least 1 year remaining
- Available for at least 15 hours per week
- Interest in sales and customer contact; initial experience (e.g., promotional work) is a plus
- Structured, conscientious, and independent working style
- Enthusiasm for clear, goal-oriented processes and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level) in writing and speaking—required
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot
