Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a working student to support their Point of Sale activation team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of brand activation concepts across the entire shopper journey through to retail environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the creative team in developing concepts and ideas for brand activation campaigns
• Assisting with visual implementation of concepts, from initial sketches through to presentation-ready layouts
• Preparing presentations and pitch materials with clear, compelling presentation of ideas
• Utilizing AI-supported tools for research, moodboards, and initial visual drafts
• Collaborating closely with the creative team and consulting departments
• Bringing fresh perspectives on how to evolve the creative process

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with:

• Current enrollment in a creative program such as Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or comparable field
• Initial practical experience through internships, student work, or comparable projects
• Proficiency with standard design software including InDesign and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and strong instinct for brands, visual language, and design
• Experience with AI tools in the creative process (preferred)
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style, even under time pressure
• Excellent German language skills, written and verbal
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during semester breaks
