Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy based in Hamburg that is seeking a working student to support their project management and consulting activities. In this role, you will bring structure to complex information streams and help coordinate brand activation and shopper marketing initiatives.

You will support the team in steering projects, maintaining oversight of timelines and deliverables while ensuring structured workflows. Your responsibilities include preparing data analyses and developing initial assessments and recommendations based on your research. You will create and refine client presentations, ensuring clarity, precision, and professional visual standards throughout all materials.

The role involves working closely with project teams and supporting internal communications. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency in research, analysis, and content development, while contributing ideas for process improvements. You will maintain 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks by arrangement.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable field
• Previous practical experience through an internship or working student position is desirable
• Strong analytical and structured working approach, even when managing complex topics
• Meticulous, precise, and reliable work style
• Genuine interest in project management and consulting with eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with AI tools is ideal
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during semester breaks
