This is a remote-first role based in the United States, offering the opportunity to lead a globally distributed project management team delivering complex implementation and enhancement projects.
In this position, you'll build and scale PMO operations, coach a team of project managers, and maintain governance over a portfolio of client engagements. Responsibilities

- Drive portfolio health reporting cadences including weekly check-ins, quarterly scorecards, and executive-facing updates
- Enforce delivery standards and Project Manager accountability against established delivery goal frameworks
- Own project management tooling (PSA platforms) as the source of truth for delivery data, ensuring accuracy across all project fields and resource allocations
- Drive adoption of tooling standards and maintain internal process documentation and reference guides
- Partner on cross-functional capacity planning as new project volume enters the pipeline
- Design and implement project management processes that improve efficiency and delivery consistency at scale
- Champion change request discipline to ensure all scope changes follow approval protocols
- Prepare and present portfolio status updates to senior leadership, translating operational data into decision-ready reporting
- Scale partnership business operations and oversee partner implementation projects
What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated track record owning a project management team and complex, multi-project portfolio in SaaS, professional services, or technology implementation environments
- Experience building or maturing a PMO function, establishing standards, governance frameworks, and tooling practices that scale
- Experience in Agile transformation (required)
- Proven ability to manage escalations, navigate client-facing complexity, and coach project managers through high-stakes delivery situations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (required); Master's degree preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (required)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the USA (required)
- Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)

- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills with ability to build accountability while maintaining team trust
- Data-driven decision-making skills and comfort reading portfolio dashboards, burn-rate reports, and capacity plans
- Clear, structured communication skills with ability to translate operational detail into executive-facing reporting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience working with Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams
